Margeaux Feldman (they/them) is a writer, educator, and community builder who has organized award-winning events within the disability community. Their work centers around the question: In a world that works to oppress and divide us, how do we care for one another and ourselves?
This conversation covers a lot—everything from how we might choose to be soft in a culture that romanticizes grit, rigidity, and toughness, to mutual aid and how we can have more proactive conversations about money, poor trauma, and the differing financial circumstances we might have compared to our friends and others with whom we are in relationship. Margeaux is thoughtful and generous with their honesty throughout this whole conversation, and I hope that you enjoy listening!
