Oof, what an intense couple of weeks it's been, huh?
I will admit that I've spent way too long in the despair cave, panic-scrolling the entire internet for news about COVID-19. Maybe you can relate? And maybe, like me, you would love to move from that midnight panic-scroll to a place that feels better, calmer, and more empowered.
With that in mind I have created a workbook for you called Get Grounded, which contains a series of simple questions to help you slow down, check in, and get clarity on what to do next in this time of uncertainty.
This workbook is for you if:
- You want to take good care of yourself, your loved ones, and your community during this time—but you aren't quite sure what that looks like for you personally
- You are ready to move away from feeling trapped in a cycle of overwhelm and despair
- Some (or all!) of the goals and plans you had for the year no longer seem to fit, and you'd like to spend some time thinking about what's next
This is a truly simple resource—a 15-page PDF that you can download, and then either print or just use as a series of journaling prompts for yourself—nothing fancy, no extraneous stuff.
I strongly believe in creating resources that are useful and financially accessible, hence why my workbooks are always either free (like this one!) or available in pay-what-you-want format (like my upcoming Quarterly Reflection Workbook, which will be released at the end of March).
