Hey friends!

Right now, as I write to you, we are nearing the end of June.

This year is almost halfway over, and I know I am not only speaking for myself when I say that 2020 hasn't been the year that was expected. Six months ago I moved into this new decade filled with goals, intentions, and plans that are either no longer possible or indefinitely postponed.

All of us have been touched by COVID-19 (some much more tragically than others, to be sure), and at this halfway point of the year I know that I am not alone in asking myself, "Now what?"

Now what, in a year that has been brutal in many ways?

Now what, if the things we were working toward, planning for, and excited about have disappeared?

Now what, if we are grieving?

Now what, if we feel unmoored, floating through daily lives that don't reflect our deepest values and desires?

These are good, important questions. And if you're craving a structured mid-year review, this workbook gives you a series of journaling prompts to explore—some of which are brand new, and some are favorites that are included from past workbooks of mine.

My hope in creating this resource is to help you to meet yourself with kindness as you turn inward to answer all of your "now what" questions, providing support and structure as you get radically honest with yourself about how to chart the beginnings of a path forward for the next three months of your life.

This workbook is for you if:

  • You have literally asked yourself, "Now what?!" at least once in the past month
  • You believe in the power of having an honest conversation with yourself, and in taking stock of what's working, what's not working, and what you want most in the months ahead
  • Some (or all!) of the goals you had at the start of this year no longer seem to fit, and you'd like to intentionally create a new plan for what comes next

The format of this workbook is simple—it's a 29-page PDF that you can download, and then either print or just use as a series of journaling prompts for yourself—nothing fancy, no extraneous distractions.

And, most importantly, I strongly believe in creating resources that are both truly useful and financially accessible, which is why this workbook is available in a pay-what-you-want* format. Simply click the button below, choose your price, and it's yours.
